When a creature takes an action labeled as Legendary, that action can only be used once per round (meaning a creature cant use two Legendary Actions in the same round).However, a creature can use its Legendary Actions at any point during another creatures turn. Legendary Actions represent a creatures most powerful and dangerous capabilities, and they can turn the tide of battle in the creatures favor.
Legendary actions allow a creature to take actions outside of its turn, giving it more flexibility and control in combat. Additionally, since Legendary actions can be used at any point during another creatures turn, they can be used to disrupt the enemys plans or to capitalize on an opportunity.
