Very Best of Alan Jackson is a compilation album by American country music singer Alan Jackson. It was released on October 16, 2001, by Arista Nashville. The album includes Jackson’s biggest hits from his career up to that point, including “Chattahoochee”, “Don’t Rock the Jukebox”, “Livin’ on Love”, “Midnight in Montgomery”, and “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere”.
The album was a commercial success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and selling over six million copies in the United States alone. It was certified six-times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album was also nominated for Album of the Year at the 2002 Grammy Awards.
